REHEARSAL / PERFORMANCE GUIDELINES Rehearsals take place on Monday and Wednesday evenings, 7.30 until 10.00 unless otherwise indicated by the Director. Membership of the Society does not guarantee an acting role and you must be a fully paid up member to audition. Subscriptions are not refundable if no part is offered. All members must attend at least one audition to be considered for a part. Any offer of a part is conditional for 3 weeks and attendance at those rehearsals is expected unless otherwise notified. Repeated absence from rehearsals may be considered as withdrawal from the production. Please notify the Director is you are unable to attend any rehearsal. Performers are expected to purchase their own script or be responsible for a hired copy. You may be asked to provide certain costume items e.g. shoes, socks, tights. If possible all performers aged 14 or over should be able to apply basic stage make up. All performers aged over 18, should attend the set break down following a show, if at all possible. Cast and Crew must take note of the Fire, Health and Safety instructions given before each show. Everyone must sign in and out of the village hall.
